The Key Account Commercial Administrator will be part of the Commercial team, based in Barnstaple, and be responsible for undertaking high quality sales support and administration duties as required for Key Account Clients and the Commercial Department to help process and retain business.
Some of the Key Responsibilities will be:
1. Provide high level administration support to the Key Account Director. Which entail’s preparing agenda’s & meeting notes. Manage diary, schedule meetings and appointments. Make travel arrangements. Handle requests and queries appropriately.
2. Provide dedicated high standard administrative support for Key Accounts and Commercial teams, assisting with sales activities and bespoke projects as required.
3. Produce accurate renewal documentation for Key Account Clients within agreed timeframes.
4. Produce quotation documents and reports for the Key Account clients as directed within agreed timeframes to help secure new business opportunities.
